Group Classes CrossFit San Elijo Group Classes combine the best facets of one-on-one coaching with a dynamic group setting charged with camaraderie and a sense of purpose. A Group session begins with a series of warm-up drills, some demonstrations and/or instruction, followed by a workout programmed along the CrossFit methodology of “Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Executed at High Intensity.” Music fuels the intensity! A typical group class from start to finish is about 45 minutes. We post pictures, workouts, and scores/times from each group class on the CrossFit San Elijo Blog. Check it each day!
